It’s funny how God puts things on your heart and what you thought was a good idea, He changes and molds into what is a God idea.
A few years ago I came to realize that I needed to learn new Truths. God’s Truths. And I soon began reading the word and meditating on what He thought of me. And I learned that as believers we tend to believe so many lies. Too many lies. We are bombarded with them from an early age.
It occurred to me that I wanted to know the truths. To share with others and especially myself the truths the Lord felt about His children.
I had an idea for a small business and I began jotting down plans and making prototypes. Then I got pregnant and nauseated and all that went to the side!
But the one thing I had come up with was the title…SPARK TRUTHS.
Spark: an ignited particle. Anything that activates or stimulates
Sometimes in life you need to be ignited. The fire you had is dimming and the flame needs to be sparked.
It’s too easy to believe things about ourselves that aren’t true. To feel not good enough, discouraged and small. And sometimes we just need a little spark…a spark of love…a spark of encouragement…a spark of truth to be spoken to us that will ignite us and help us remember who we are and what we are called to do.
That is what this Blog is all about. Finding that Spark that will help you overcome the lies and ignite who you are in Christ so that you can go out and SPARK TRUTH into others.
